ABBY | Customer Experience Specialist is wonderful! I made an error when placing my order with the delivery details. I contacted customer services and Abby was super responsive correcting the issue (a few times, my bad!!!). The sneakers arrived in perfect co during and on time. Highly recommended.

Driver Fitting With Gavin Polzer
The whole club fitting interaction with Gavin Polzer was pleasant and professional. His communication was clear and concise. I hit three drivers and purchased the last one.

Very helpful employees communicate!
Employees were right there to help from the get-go! No need to wander around trying to find what you're looking for. It was amazing when an employee on the first floor quickly approached me and directed me to the right place on the second floor to find bear spray. As soon as I went there, a second-floor gentleman asked if I was the customer looking for bear spray. Of course I said, "How did you know?" He replied that a coworker notified him electronically. A great example of employees helping one another help customers.

From St. Louis , this is much better than Bass Pro
From St. Louis , MO visiting Illinois State Fair in Springfield , Illinois we stopped in Scheels. Prices and selection was fantastic , wish we had a Scheels in St Louis, MO.

Mason Rocks Men’s Shoes
Mason in the men’s shoe dept. was on it! Helping multiple customers at once running back and forth with sizes. He made eye contact; said thank you when I brought him shoes back to put up. He asked if I needed anything else and he moved fast.
