This place sells guns, knives, crossbows, spears, ammo and the like. Yet after two weeks of NOT being notified, our order was cancelled for us, without permission, and NO notification from the store. I had to call them three days in a row before i got an answer. Want to know what we bought that they thought adults couldn't handle, even though the store sells other versions of them?? A scooter! The Segway GT3 Pro. Are you serious!? What a joke. You lost us and everyone we tell for good.

They are not good at keeping track of inventory. You will order something and then three days later they will cancel your order cause they ran out.

Bought a pair of shoes...got a confirmation # and then next day my order was cancelled because they didn't have enough or any at all! Scam!

I will never shop at scheels again. My order was surprisingly canceled. The item is sold out and they won't just re ship my product. Worst on line ordering i have had steer clear of this place!!!!

Bought a bbq mat , it got lost they never followed up then placed order for replacement for the lost Napoleon mat to have them cancel it You can not get someone in the phone. If you find it elsewhere buy it elsewhere even pay more they stink

Update: I recommend calling their customer service number (701-670-8388) with any issues with your order. Once I got someone on the phone, their customer service and help fixing the issue was friendly, quick, and understanding. Unfortunately, I didn't find that number at first, and an online order had not shipped after 4 weeks. The people over the phone were really helpful in renewing the order and getting it shipped immediately. I wish I knew about the number earlier. I wouldn't recommend using any email addresses or using their website chat feature, as these failed to get me any helpful replies. I would give 5 stars on behalf of the individual I spoke to on the phone & her manager; however, I feel that Scheels as a whole is a bit too disorganized in the other functions and features. The product was in excellent condition.

Terrible company with even worse customer service. They sent the item to the wrong address then refused a refund. Tried to blame me using Google Pay when I've NEVER had this issue with any of the hundreds of other retailers I've used Google Pay with before. Customer service is a joke and the order was shipped late anyway.

DO NOT TRUST! SCAMMERS! Placed an order on April 30, 2026 for Men's Nike Mind 002 Training Shoes... or so I thought. On May 3rd, after holding my money for several days, they "discovered" that they listed an item for sale when they actually didn't have it! They canceled my order and that was it. No attempt to make it right or assuage customer concerns. Guessing this is a scam company. Thank goodness I used a 3rd party vendor to pay, but I am still keeping an eye out for fraudulent charges from these scammers. BEWARE!!!
