It's crazy that not adding on the shrink wrap means card decks will be entirely out of order in the box shipment

I’m sorry about that! The cards should not have arrived out of order, regardless of whether shrink wrapping was added. Our rep was very responsive, the online system and template was very easy to use. In shipment, some of our pocket folders got damaged, but that can be fixed. The quality and finish product was well done. We will continue to order from Smartpress.

Great quality, super fast production, great communication, and people who know what they’re doing! Love the counter pickup option! When we were missing a few envelopes, they were ready within a business day.

I used Smartpress to print out some rack cards and they came out looking so good! I had some trouble with getting the print set up correctly and their support chat agent was so kind and helpful. I also love that they're an employee-owned company - I feel better about supporting that.
